Eligible items may be returned within the period stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Because we sell intimate apparel, worn, washed, damaged, stained, scented, or hygiene-seal-removed items may not be returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law. Items must satisfy the published return conditions. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Discounts, promotional codes, gifts, and offers are subject to their stated conditions, availability, and expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.
